help with dry skin.
The most important skin care tip of all! Avoid exposing your skin to the sun. If you do, use a sunscreen & re-apply often. As it prevents anti-aging, sunspots, age spots and an uneven complexion. Sun exposure can also leave the skin looking weathered and pre-maturely aged.
When driving a car, the left hand side of your face is exposed to the UVA & UVB rays. UVA rays cause aging, and can penetrate the glass of your window. Carry sunscreen in your car and be sure to apply it before driving to prevent hyper pigmentation.

& Summer be sure to wear an SPF. In the Fall & Winter moisturize to

Use an exfoliator once or twice a week. Exfoliating your skin causes dead cells on the surface to be sloughed off, exposing fresher-looking skin. This will smooth out uneven dry patches and give your face a more youthful, radiant appearance
Keep your hands and hair away from your face to prevent excess oil from causing pimples, and keep your makeup brushes clean. At night, tie your hair back to keep it from your face while you sleep.
