We will use our best efforts, working with our partners, to deliver to any Canadian or US address within 5-7 working days.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Our Quality Control team inspects product prior to shipping. You will be responsible for checking and inspecting purchased items received after they have been shipped to you. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 15 days from your order ship date. If you are in dispute with postal services or other carriers regarding your parcels, please contact our customer support team or the delivery carrier directly.
